The reasons your e-mail was not accepted could be the following: 1. Your email has already been taken as the registered email. 2. The Email you’ve chosen does not met the condition(s): Case-sensitive (A-Z, a-z), number (0-9), underscore (_), no space, and 4-12 characters. 3. You email is invalid. Why was my password not accepted when registering? The password must be Case-sensitive (A-Z, a-z), number (0-9), underscore (_), no space, and 4-12 characters, and no special characters. Why cannot I log in to BBD-online.com ? The reasons you cannot log in may be the following: 1. Error message, "Invalid username and password", try signing in again. 2.
